Mô tả công việc

- Conduct internal SHE trainings as Regional compliance, and external SHE training as legal requirement
- Prepare SHE documents for external audits, customer audit, support sales team, related Department
- Support to organize quarterly SHE workshop, yearly SHE day and other SHE Activities
- Maintain safety working condition without risk, incident/accident
- Follow up country SHE Priorities Plan and monthly report to Regional
- Conduct Yearly SHE Health check and follow action plan to improve
- Follow up Environmental Report to regional, monthly tracking and summarising data, environmental compliance assessment and propose the corrective actions.
- Support SHE Manager to prepare monthly, quarterly & half year SHE review report.

Yêu cầu

Education & Training requirements
Have a Bachelor degree related to SHE.
Good at English both spoken and written
2-3 years' experience on Health Safety Environment, experience chemical safety is priorities condition
Required Experience, Skills & Technique
Conduct the SHE training for workers at site, incidence investigation and emergency response
Site risk assessment including confined space, working at height,
Be responsible, self-confident, good health and able to work under pressure
Be in coordination in the other team within department and division in the relevant work
Provide training and monitoring of pre-start and other meetings for SHE purpose

Working hour: from Mon-Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM
