Shipping & Customs Lead

1. Daily delivery:
• Follow up on the daily export shipment from the Shipping department and print invoices for timely document preparation.
• Check and scan the bill (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) of the Sales Order exported to foreign and domestic customers, then input the data into the system for monitoring purposes.
• Send documents to customers upon request.
• Submit invoices to the Accounting department.
2. Import-Export activities handling:
• Overall, control import/ export procedures by monitoring forwarding to ensure the imported goods or exported goods arrive or are delivered on time as per the agreed-upon schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise the import/export team's daily activities to strictly comply with all local customs requirements.
• Review import duty liquidation to meet company targets as well as customs requirements.
• Take full responsibility for all customs declarations, both import/export sections.
• Report import duty, VAT duty, refunded money, etc., to Finance and Manager promptly.
3. Document archive and company & department compliance:
• Archive department import/export documents per regulations, ensuring they are easy to check and compare whenever required.
• Strictly follow the policies and procedures of the company & department.
4. Document keeping and policy compliance:
• Ensure all Import-Export documents are kept following company policy customs requirements and are easy to find, track, and for liquidation.
• Ensure the Import-Export team strictly comply all company policies and procedures.
