Shopify Developer Theme/Application

Joining the team as a Shopify developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization and maintenance of our Shopify-based e-commerce platform. You will work closely with our marketing, design and product teams to ensure that our website is optimized for user experience, conversion, and scalability.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Develop and improve the platform built on Shopify Plus
• Maintain Shopify-based e-commerce website features, including themes, plugins, and integrations
• Front-end: Collaborate with the design team to create and implement website designs that align with the brand image and UX principles
• Backend: Write API for required functions
• Be a problem solver with great problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills & fluent in English.
• Ensure quality standards are met by doing internal QA for multi-device / cross-browser testing

Ensure timelines are met by communicating with project management

• At least two years of recent experience with Shopify, familiar with Shopify theme developement and customiztion
• Prefer candidate who also has experienced on Wordpress.
• Experienced the best practices of front-end technologies using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Liquid and Rest API.
• Knowledge/experience with PHP in website development.
• Proficiency in GIT using GIT flow and management of version control.
• Front-end design with UX experience with an ability to focus on end-users while understanding client requirements.
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch.
• Diploma/Bachelor in Computer Science/Software Engineering
