- Assist the
Project Manager in developing project plans, tracking tasks, and monitoring project execution to ensure timely delivery and contract quality for Utility SI projects (Gov, Telco, EVN, SAWACO, etc.).
- Support resource coordination and project activities including survey, analysis, design, documentation, and other project-related materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and Utility/public-sector clients to support project implementation during deployment and acceptance phases.
- Support monitoring of payment milestones and account receivables in accordance with contract terms.
- Update project implementation status and maintain project records on the company's digital system.
- Assist in handling issues, changes, and risks arising during project execution and report to the Project Manager.
- Support post-project review meetings and consolidate lessons learned.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and escalate issues when required.
- Graduated from University, major in IT, Telecommunication, or equivalent.
- At least year of experience in project coordination or project support (SI projects is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of project management, contracts, and project documentation.
- Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and learning spirit.
- Good English skills, TOEIC 600 or above.
- Experience working with Utility, Government, or large-scale SI projects is an advantage.
