Site Admin - Hải Phòng

Purpose: The Site Administrator is responsible for managing administrative operations at the construction site. The primary goal of this role is to support efficient project operations by ensuring that documentation, personnel records, and logistics are well-organized and maintained.
Office Administration
Manage the site office, including stationery, office equipment, and company assets.
Draft, file, and archive documents, official letters, and project reports.
Perform document control duties and upload technical documents/records to the company server.
Personnel Management
Manage onsite personnel records and monitor timekeeping, overtime, and leave schedules.
Support the onboarding process for new staff, including engineers, contractors, and workers.
Coordinate with the HR Department to resolve personnel-related issues at the site.
Project Support & Logistics
Handle procurement for office supplies and project necessities.
Assist in preparing meeting documents and project progress reports.
Coordinate with technical departments such as QA/QC, HSE, and Engineering.
Monitor and manage basic legal documents required at the construction site.
