Acts on behalf of PEB Steel for the projects assigned.
Manages and administrates PEB Steel Site offices.
Co-ordinates with CM Supervisor for the timely delivery of materials to job site.
Jointly checks all materials delivered to site against packing list with customer and to obtain customer's signature in the material delivery note.
Ensures the materials delivered to site are being unloaded in the required locations.
Ensures all the unloaded materials are stored properly.
Inspects job site on daily basis.
Takes instructions from client.
Reviews and monitors work progress against program and taking appropriate actions.
Conducts, prepares and submits all necessary Inspection reports to customer at each stages of the work.
Reports to CM Manager regarding change orders instructed by customer.
Follows up with CM Supervisor/Manager for the Submission of Price to customer for change orders.
Ensures the Price for change orders submitted by PEB Steel is approved by Customer prior to carry out any change order works.
Manages men, materials and machines at job sites in an economic, effective and efficient manner.
Ensures all reports and other documents are correctly filed in and updated on daily basis.
Ensures all documents and drawings are stored correctly.
Ensures proper time sheets and over time records of labors are correctly maintained on daily offices.
Ensures proper registers are maintained for tools and plants at the construction site.
Be a member of site safety committee.
