Maintain positive relationships with landlords and property management teams.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as operations, finance, legal, and design to facilitate a seamless expansion process.
Provide relevant input and insights to support the company's expansion strategy.
5. Project Support:
Assist in managing multiple expansion projects concurrently, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Help coordinate necessary permits, approvals, and compliance requirements for new store openings.
6. Data Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of site evaluations, negotiations, and project progress.
Prepare reports and presentations for management to track expansion efforts and results.
