Site Supervisor (C&I Rooftop Solar) - Onsite

1. COMPANY OVERVIEW
CNGRA (Company) is an investor/developer funded by Climate Fund Managers (CFM) and Norfund. We intend to develop solar rooftop projects across Vietnam to contribute to a better environment for Vietnam
2. POSITION SCOPE
The C&I Solar Rooftop Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of the solar power systems to ensure that all project's activities comply with the Porject Owner's requirement, especially the safety and quality matter.
3. JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise all project's activities on site
• Manage and instruct EPC contractor to perform the installation process, interface with others to ensure that all safety standards are met, and the installation have done within approval drawing and project timeline.
• Support EPC to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues occur in project, including identifying and replacing faulty components as per instruction from technical team or vendor to make sure the project is completed with high quality and compliance with approval drawing.
• Manage and instruct EPC contractor to maintain documentation related to the installation and maintenance of the solar power system, including installation plans, method statement, and safety records available at site during construction period.
• Communicate with customers regarding the installation and maintenance of solar power systems, including providing updates on the installation process, answering questions about the system, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Supervise and provide guidance to the installation team.
• Create and lead the meeting at site with EPC contractor, vendor, and client.
• Review and validate the report from site management team as daily report, weekly report, and relevant safety report.
• Review and approve the testing and inspection works on site as per authority
• Review and approve material acceptance minutes, installation acceptance minutes as per authority
• Support other internal teams if required Conduct site survey to collect site information to support for design the right solar system
• Other tasked if required where necessary
