Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Project Marketing:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, system integrators (SI), and installers to drive SMB product adoption.
• Work with sales & pre-sales to develop marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to SMB partners and project-based accounts.
• Support partners with marketing materials, training, and resources to promote TP-Link SMB products effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support key projects and opportunities in the SMB segment.
• Drive customer engagement and contribute to business growth by supporting lead generation and partner activation initiatives.
Event & Workshop Management:
• Organize workshops and training sessions for SMB partners, SIs, and installers.
• Work with sales & pre-sales teams to develop content for events, including presentations, brochures, and case studies.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, attendee invitations, and on-site support.
• Enhance the impact of workshops by ensuring engaging content and gathering participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Content Development & Campaign Execution:
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, case studies, and presentations tailored to the SMB audience.
• Develop and write compelling content for SMB partners, including social media posts, email campaigns, and product marketing materials.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns targeting SMB partners across online/offline channels.
• Manage online platforms (social media, email marketing, communities) to promote SMB solutions and increase brand awareness.
Project & Campaign Management:
• Oversee and coordinate SMB marketing initiatives across workshops, events, and social media campaigns.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing, sales, and external partners to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of marketing plans.
Competitor Analysis, Market Insights & Performance Reporting:
• Conduct competitor analysis regularly to understand market trends and identify opportunities for SMB product positioning.
• Collect feedback from project partners to improve marketing strategies and align them with market demands.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide insights to refine future marketing efforts.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in product marketing or partner marketing; experience with B2B or project-based accounts is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of marketing principles with a focus on partner engagement and project-based sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English (speaking, listening, writing, reporting).
• Experience in content writing and development for B2B marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills to coordinate workshops, events, and social media initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements.
