• Leading, empowering & training a team of Social
Account Executives & Interns (2 - 4 people);
• Work with clients and internal team to create a social media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients' industries;
• Planning and corporate with internal team to create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience;
• Planning and corporate with internal team to create engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand (Customize social media pages (ex. Facebook, YouTube...), create original content, etc);
• Stay tuned with social media trends and tools - includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs...;
• Manage Proposals, Scope of works, Schedules, Any Documentation, Cost estimates & Margin with pro-active attitude;
• Monitoring on-going project, resolving billing and processing issues, assess result & suggest better implementations (for clients & internal teams). Make sure the campaigns smoothly & efficiency;
• Building, maintaining client relationships. Seek for new clients;
• Identifying & Pursuing Up-sale/Cross-sale opportunities;
• Constantly encourage team to seek out enhance & added-value solutions to any proposed campaigns.
