• Drive TikTok Shop Growth
o Scale TikTok Shop to meet Nestlé Vietnam's strategic goals, focusing on sustainable growth and continuous profitability enhancements.
o Own the PnL & strategy to grow sales on Tiktokshop
o Deliver the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Target.
o Drive the E-JBP process with platforms.
• Optimize Media and Maximize ROAS
o Strategically optimize media spend to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
o Increase organic GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) through affiliate strategies, working closely with enablers and media agencies.
o Analyze performance, execution and ROI of promotions, as well as media budget spending.
• Platform Management and Store Operations
o Manage platform team to ensure day to day Brand activity plan & Execution on platform (Promo, pricing, Media, visibility & traffic plan)
o Curate and manage assortments while aligning marketing initiatives to drive Average Order Value (AOV).
o Responsible for overall operation of the Store (Stock, R&R, Scheme & Voucher set up)
o Manage, analyze and put action place in place for all ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce...)
o Ensure that all ecommerce activities are consistent with the brand sense of purpose
o Work with Online
brand manager for ensuring User Experience of the shop including Design, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotion campaigns
• Supply Planning and Price Compliance
o Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders for efficient supply planning.
o Ensure adherence to the committed price floor for core SKUs to maintain market integrity.
o Work with Supply Chain team to ensure KPI deliveries, booking, fulfillment, review replenish plan
• Manage affiliate partners
o Manager partners including: MCN partners, social agencies to drive affiliate performance of affiliates on Tiktokshop
• Explore Emerging Channels
o Advance Nestlé's online commerce capabilities by piloting new channels and platforms.
o Leverage test-and-learn initiatives with strategic JBP (Joint Business Plan) partners like TikTok, Meta, and Google.
• Capability Building
o Foster internal capability development among commercial teams within Nestlé to strengthen digital commerce expertise.
• Qualifications and Experience:
o Ecommerce and
Digital Marketing Expertise:
o In-depth knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing, with proven experience in TikTok Shop management.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Brand, Media) and external partners (Platforms, Media Agencies, Commercial Enablers).
• Forecasting and Strategy:
o Strong forecasting skills to influence the creation of key inputs like content, deals, pricing, discount, product page optimization, etc ensuring KPI achievement.
• Technical Proficiency:
o Familiarity with online media management tools and analytics platforms for monitoring and optimizing performance.
• Analytical Skills:
o Strong analytical capabilities to interpret social commerce metrics and make data-driven decisions that enhance online sales performance.
