Position: SOCIAL CONTENT PLANNER & COPYWRITER
Department: Planning
Report to: Strategic Planning Director
Responsibilities:
Social Media Specialist & Copywriter is responsible for plans, management, and maintenance of the Company's social media channels to promote the Company's image to the public professionally. Besides, he/she also participates in the process of creating "wording" for pitching projects and other projects of the Company.
Job description:
1. Social Media Specialist:
- Develop communication plans and strategy by year - quarter - month - week with specific topics and deployment plans creatively on the Company's channels
- Draft storyline and storyboard to visualize communication content
- Cooperate with related departments to accomplish communication goals
- Monitor the social media channels with high engagement and popularity (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Linkedin, Instagram,...) to enhance the influence of the Company's projects on viewers.
- Create content and images, "on-plan" and "on-trend"
- Interact with viewers in a timely, trendy, and professional manner
- Update company credentials with photos, detailed content, and video recap
- Be responsible for protecting the company's image and handling media crises (if any)
2. Internal copywriter:
- Create "Wording" for pitching projects & implementing projects that need a story or storyboard
- Participate in internal activities & follow up with Account Teams to get materials
- Participate in internal & external training courses to share and improve knowledge

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Journalism,... or language-related disciplines
- 2 years of experience working in a similar position, have experience in managing and operating social media channels, preferably having worked at an Event Agency
- Good knowledge of popular communication platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn...)
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Vietnamese. Good English communication, priority to candidates who can present in English.
- Have a creative mindset and always be "on-trend"
- Be able to respond to 'pop-up' situations that need the urgent content post
- Good storyline and storyboard writing skills
- Basic skills in designing, editing images, making clips...
- Good organization, time management, and planning skills.
