ClickMedia is seeking for a Social Management Specialist who will be in charge of our Influencer Marketing (or Outreach) part and involve in our daily execution at the execution level.
Location: L9, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam
Type of employment: Full-time Permanent
Report to: Social Community & Handling Director
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Pitching
- Understand client's brief.
- Research & collect data relevant to Influencer marketing on all social platform (e.g.: competitor review).
- Propose strategy, planning & creative ideas.
- Coordinate with internal team to complete the presentation.
- Present your idea to client.
2. Planning
- Distribute client's budget to channels efficiency and gain the best.
- Develop execution plan (content plan, content direction, criteria in casting channels)
- Update new trends currently on social (especially Tiktok & Facebook)
3. Tracking & Coordinate vendor
- Contact vendor to have Suggested Channels list.
- Tracking KPI to make sure to meet proposed KPI.
- Prepare quick action plan if KPI don't meet proposed KPI.
- Seek and deal with new vendor, sponsorship program to open new platform (sportify, apple music, reality TV show,...).
4. Report and prepare new plan:
- Annalise data and report to line manager and Client
- Prepare for next campaign
WHAT YOU NEED
- Research & collect Data skill
- Understand Digital Indicators (buzz, view, reaction, ...)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the same field in digital agency and at similar position.
- Communication skill for both internal team and external team (Client, Vendor, Freelancer, KOL, Admin, ...)
- Have skills in Influencer Marketing, especially related to Community, booking and KOL management
- Deep understanding of social platform: Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram;... & update new trend happens on social platform
- Good at writing and speaking in English.
- Good at MS Office tools & Google Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure of timeline, weekend, ...
