Social Media and Community Coordinator

Dot Dot Gem is a Vietnamese jewelry start-up that separated from a traditional jewelry business. We are a direct-to consumer approach that makes luxury accessible and fun, and empowers modern women to purchase jewelry for themselves. We are a team of designers, writers, marketers, engineers and strategists who love to learn and seek to continually get better and make the big vision happen. We are in a pre-seed fund, and we are looking for someone special to join our team.
We are seeking a Social Media and Community Coordinator to help us develop relationships with influencers and content creators across different social media channels, help create content for use on our social media channels, help with operations relating to social media, and to nurture sustainable, long-term, organic growth for the company.
The position is full-time in our Hanoi office

What you'll do:
SOCIAL CONTENT:
Own day to day management of our primary social channels, becoming a familiar face and voice to our audience, and executing on the DDG tone set forth by our Creative Director
Create social content briefs for needed visuals and assets, with clear communication and deadlines across departments. Develop content series that will become uniquely and undeniably tied to the DDG brand, and that can be used cross-channel
INFLUENCER:
Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
Identify and reach out to influencers that fit our brand
Help manage contracts and shipments of products to influencers
Expertise in how brands can scale up influencer gifting and content generation while maintaining its voice
Help manage affiliate program, discount codes and ambassador webpages
Be able to speak about our products and brand with passion
INTEGRATED MARKETING
Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to shift high performing organic content into paid social and display assets.
Work across marketing, ecommerce, and retail to bring virtual experiences to our community outside of Hanoi.
