We are seeking a dynamic and crypto-obsessed Social Media Associate to join our Growth team. As the voice of our brand on Crypto Twitter and other channels, you'll craft engaging, timely posts that drive community growth, spark conversations, and position our project as a thought leader in DeFi. This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto/DeFi ecosystem, alpha, meme, and degen culture.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-quality content to increase engagement
- Create designs that effectively convey the core idea
- Observe Crypto Twitter and the market to capture marketing opportunities and areas of improvement

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in managing social media channels
- Fluent English, with strong communication and writing skills
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry and ecosystem
- Creative and think beyond traditional solutions
- Skilled in editing tools like Canva and Figma to create engaging visual assets and social content efficiently.
