Content Creation & Storytelling (Approx. 70% of time)
Core Mission: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok) on a daily basis, covering dish preparations, the chef's philosophy, daily life in the fermentation lab, team stories, and cultural elements.
Collaborate closely with the Chef and the culinary/service teams to capture the most authentic and compelling aspects of the restaurant's operations.
Develop and maintain a unique and consistent visual style and narrative voice for Nôm Dining's social media channels.
Community Management & Marketing Support (Approx. 30% of time)
Manage and maintain Nôm Dining's primary social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a loyal brand following.
Track and analyze social media metrics to gain insights into content performance and audience growth, optimizing strategy accordingly.
Assist in planning online marketing campaigns, ensuring that social media content is effectively integrated to promote the brand.
Yêu cầu
A deep and demonstrable passion for culture, history, and gastronomy, particularly with an interest in Chinese or broader Asian heritage. This is the most critical quality for this role.
Proven experience in creating compelling short-form video content (Reels, TikToks). A strong portfolio is required and must be submitted with your application.
A passion for the food and beverage industry and a keen aesthetic sense for turning food into visual art.
Proficiency with mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot) and a strong understanding of the algorithms and content trends on major social media platforms.
A natural storyteller with a keen eye for visual detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Vietnamese or a Chinese dialect (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
A formal degree is not required; your passion, talent, and portfolio are what matter most.
