MAIN DUTIES
1.Social Media Strategy & Content Planning
Develop weekly and monthly content calendars across main social media platforms to maintain a steady, engaging online presence.
Map content to support company goals, including pre-event promotion, ticket/registration drives, event date live coverage, post-event highlights, and ongoing brand awareness.
Moderate comments, answer direct inquiries regarding events, and actively engage with the online community.
Monitor channel analytics (reach, engagement, video view-through rates) to continuously refine future content strategy.
Monitor key performance metrics (reach, engagement, video view duration) to report on results and refine future content plans.
2.Video Creation & Visual Asset Production
Brainstorm creative concepts, write engaging scripts, and execute end-to-end short-form video (Reels, Shorts).
Edit fast-paced, high-quality video content using equivalent mobile/desktop tools.
Collaborate closely with outsourcing video production teams / videographers to plan and brief requirements for high-production assets (e.g., official event aftermovies, wrap-up videos, brand documentaries).
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, content strategy, or short-form video creation (experience in events, creative agencies, or entertainment is a plus).
Proficient in fast short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or related tools) and design platforms (Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom).
Ability to shoot quality mobile/camera content and clearly brief technical specifications to video production teams for long-form, large-scale video projects.
Proactive concept generator with a keen eye for social media trends, strong written communications, and comfortable working on-site during key event dates when required.
Portfolio required: Demonstrates short-form video projects.
