We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social & Communication Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communications, media, and social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media, KOL management, and social commerce.
Job Description:
COMMUNICATIONS PLANNING:
Develop and implement comprehensive communications plans, content strategies, and social commerce plans for client marketing communications (marcom) campaigns.
Stay abreast of social media trends with a focus on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, as well as news, video, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) platforms.
Oversee the effectiveness of social media marketing activities using specific KPIs to gauge success.
Contribute to the creation of robust communication strategies, and craft the most effective social communication tactics, content, and KOLs strategy.
Allocate and follow up on activities related to KOLs, ensuring all assigned projects are fully operational and processes run smoothly, including planning and execution.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the required quality standards.
KOL CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
Strategically allocate suitable KOLs for the target of each campaign to maximize impact.
Support KOLs in content production by providing necessary information and images, monitoring video shoots and photo sessions, offering feedback, and confirming final content.
Proactively identify potential KOLs and emerging trends according to the company's criteria on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:
Lead and supervise a team of social outreach executives, content creators, and digital marketing specialists.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Set goals and KPIs, conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
Coordinate with other departments and Communicate project objectives clearly as well á allocate resources effectively.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of communication planning, KOL platform management, and content strategy.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in one or more of the above-mentioned areas.
Proven experience and enthusiasm for collaborating with celebrities, top creators, and KOLs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support and engage with influencers.
A solid understanding of influencer dynamics and the ability to connect with influencers on a personal level.
Proactive, with the capability to quickly adapt to changing situations and emerging opportunities.
Positive attitude, responsibility, persistence, and a willingness to learn new market trends and be self-demanding.
