Position Objective:
Manage and build the content creation team for the company's social media system.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing monetizable channels, developing and expanding new channels to ensure revenue approved by Google and Meta.
Develop strategies for new product content on social media, websites, and networks.
Build and foster relationships with platform partners to develop effective strategies for Golden's channel system.
Plan and execute revenue generation/revenue-sharing models from social media channels.
Guide the content production team.
Use content management systems to analyze relevant metrics related to posts and user engagement.
Commit to achieving the KPIs set by the company.
Train and enhance the skills of the responsible team.
Other Requirements:
Experience in managing YouTube Channels, Facebook or Tiktok Channels.
Experience managing channels across multiple platforms with a deep understanding of platform policies.
Experience working in a Multi-Channel Network (MCN) is an advantage.
Skills in building and developing relationships with partners.
Knowledge of revenue generation on social media.
Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
Proficient in editing and creating engaging content.
Ability to adapt and respond to the industry's constant changes with a positive mindset.
Certifications in Audience Growth and Digital Rights are a plus.
Understanding of YouTube's operations and mechanics.
