JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and lead comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) that align with clients' brand identities and campaign objectives.
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand business goals, target audience, and brand voice to ensure each social media strategy is tailored to client needs.
Build and manage a social media calendar for multiple clients, ensuring all posts, stories, and ads are planned, scheduled, and executed on time.
Content Development & Execution:
Oversee content creation, including writing, design, and video production, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce creative assets.
Create and execute posts, stories, and ads that drive engagement and resonate with target audiences, optimizing content based on performance insights.
Community Management & Growth:
Manage and nurture client accounts by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly, and building a positive community around each brand.
Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and overall reach, with a focus on organic growth.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand sentiment and stay updated on trends and conversations relevant to each client.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.), using data to adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare detailed reports for clients, showcasing campaign success, key insights, and recommendations for future improvements.
Stay current on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to maintain engagement and relevance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within an advertising agency.
Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
Strong copywriting skills with a knack for creating engaging, on-brand content.
A portfolio showcasing social media work for various clients, with evidence of driving engagement and reach.
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
