Job Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our growing fintech company. A social media specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimise content so that it is engaging on those channels. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Execute localised social media strategy through competitive and audience research
- Generate and publish daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Yêu cầu

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- At least 1 year of work experience in the Social Media Marketing field. Experience in fintech industry is preferred
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Creative thinking, logical and analytical mindset
