Mô tả công việc
Social media management
· Manage and develop Group Brand Social Media Accounts to a high level by using various in which SMO and SMM are key tactics.
· Generate Communication Plan and Content Calendar that speaks louder for the Brand, keeps updated with market trends and is alinged with new product launch calendar and seasonal sales campaigns.
· Come up with various of activities (minigames, giveaways, contest etc.) to increase followers and to boost customer engagement.
· Take initiative in brainstorming, collecting, searching all materials (images, video clips, artworks, wordings etc) that needs for impactful, eye-catching and engaging communications on Social Media Channels.
· Fully utilize all Social Media tools within provided budget to increase Brand exposure, Brand Sales, followers and customer engagement.
· Monitor and find solutions to improve Social Media performance.
· Coordinate with other Departments (Digital team, Design Team, CDM, Partnership, Store Team...) and KOLs to collect materials for social media posts and to get other tasks done.
· Other tasks assigned by Group Brand Manager.
Content management
· Generate Communication Plan and Content Calendar that speaks louder for the Brand, keeps updated with market trends and is alinged with new product launch calendar and seasonal sales campaigns.
· Take initiative in brainstorming, collecting, searching all materials (images, video clips, artworks, wordings etc) that needs for impactful, eye-catching and engaging communications on Social Media Channels.
· Schedule regular posts for active and dynamic Social Media Accounts.
· Content main topics include but not limited to following topics: Brand storytelling, Product featuring, Lifestyle, Mix & Match, Promotion & Seasonal Sales, Activities & Contest (Minigame, Giveaways...) etc.
Social media report and monitoring
· Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
· Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
· Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
· Other task assigned by line manager.

Yêu cầu
1. Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Knowledge:
· Knowledge of digital & social media market.
· Knowledge in luxury fashion brands is preferable.
3. Experience:
· At least 3 years of experience working in social media role, preferably in fashion, cosmetic or media field.
· Experienced of creating and implementing plans, setting budgets & strong follow-ups.
4. Skill/ competence:
· Fluent in spoken & written English.
· Good sense of content creating storytelling & presentation skills.
· Proven ability to cultivate and sustain professional working relationships with different parties (both internal & external)
· Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations & ability to self-manage and prioritize work to deliver on key goals.
· A big plus if you are a responsive, agile, detail-orientated, well-organized & teamwork player.
