Social Planning Intern

As a Social Planning Intern at TBWA Vietnam, you will support the creation of social media strategies for diverse clients. Daily tasks will include research, strategy development, and creative ideation, all under the guidance of the social planning team and in collaboration with the creative team to elevate our clients' social media and digital presence, driving engagement to new heights.
1/ Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Research and Trend Spotting: Assist in diving deep into social media analytics, consumer behavior, platform updates, and market trends to uncover actionable insights. Use these insights to help inform and refine social media strategies.
Social Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients' business goals and brand identity. This includes content planning and campaign development.
Creative and Content Facilitation: Aid in providing strategic insights and direction to the creative team. Participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate fresh and disruptive ideas for social media content and campaigns.
2/ Requirements & Skills:
Passion: A genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, and staying updated with industry trends.
Strong analytical skills with an interest in learning how to translate data into actionable insights.
Clear & Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
Have good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
