Job Description
1. Project briefing:
Meet and liaise with clients in order to identify specific requirements and raise brand awareness, marketing objectives together with internal team
Be responsible for recap the formal brief, identifying & analyzing requirements/ necessary information to provide internal team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on products, services, target audience and strategy
2. Brainstorming for social campaign proposal:
Lead and take part in brainstorming sessions.
· Based on client's brief, do further research on products, services, target audience, market, customers insights,...
Understand clients' businesses and provide opinions, knowledge about clients, products, market, propose strategies, innovative ideas, solutions for social campaign proposals that meet clients' needs and expectations.
3. Social campaign proposal:
Collect all essential information from brainstorming results and convey them logically into social campaign proposals
Brief art direction & idea with Creative team
Brief content direction with Content Creator
Propose social campaigns with strategic planning including media/social plan, communication plan, content direction,...
Present social campaign proposals in front of Internal team and Clients.
4. Project follow-up:
Develop social media strategies and content plans by year/ quarter/ month or week with concepts as clients' demand based on a deep understanding of media tactics, channels opportunities, and consumer behaviors
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Develop detail plan and manage the quality of outputs.
5. Others:
Support Line Manager with the daily running task
Report to Line Manager on a weekly basis
Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in Social marketing field that have been done locally or globally
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Benefits
Salary: 18 - 25 million VND.

Job Requirements
BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Foreign Language, Business Administration
At least 2 years' experience in similar position in social marketing agencies (Social planner/ Social planning manager/ Strategic planner)
Experience in FMCG, Ecommerce is of a great advantage
Eager for the new and creative things/ideas/experiences and bring them to the social campaign proposals
Up-to-date with new trends, technology and marketing ideas
Desire for creativity, innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure. Willing to work overtime/during weekends for job result and quality.
Proficient in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese, especially in writing.
Age range: from 24 to 35 years old
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
Proficient in multi-tasking, time management, strategic and innovative thinking.
Close attention to details and deadlines
