We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer/ Software Engineer to join our functional teams dedicated to developing a cutting-edge platform and applications for banking systems. As a Senior Java Developer, you will take a leadership role in the design and development of high-performance Java applications, contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, and play a pivotal role in delivering scalable and high-quality software solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software architects, product owners, and UI/UX designers to develop Java-applications / Cộng tác với các đơn vị nghiệp vụ, bao gồm kiến trúc sư phần mềm, quản lý sản phẩm, các đơn vị kinh doanh, thiết kế để phát triển các ứng dụng Java.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring the reliability of applications / Gỡ lỗi, khắc phục sự cố và giải quyết các nhược điểm và sự cố phần mềm, đảm bảo độ tin cậy của ứng dụng.
• Participate in requirements analysis and software design discussions to propose innovative solutions / Tham gia phân tích yêu cầu và thảo luận thiết kế phần mềm để đề xuất các giải pháp sáng tạo.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting / Phát triển và duy trì tài liệu kỹ thuật để tham khảo và báo cáo.
• Work on optimizing and enhancing existing applications and systems / Cải thiện và nâng cao hiệu suất các ứng dụng và hệ thống hiện có.
• Stay up-to-date with Java and related technology trends, best practices, and industry standards / Cập nhật thông tin về xu hướng công nghệ liên quan đến Java, các cách thực hành tốt nhất và tiêu chuẩn ngành.
• Collaborate with other developers to build scalable and efficient software solutions / Cộng tác với các nhà phát triển khác để xây dựng các giải pháp phần mềm có thể mở rộng và hiệu quả.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and support / Góp phần vào toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm, từ khái niệm và thiết kế đến thử nghiệm, triển khai và hỗ trợ

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a relatedfield / Bằng cử cử nhân về Khoa học máy tính, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong portfolio of Java-based projects / Có nhiều kinh nghiệm làm việc với các dự án Java.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and Java best practices / Hiểu biết vững chắc về các nguyên tắc phát triển phần mềm, lập trình hướng đối tượng và các cách thực hành tốt nhất của Java.
• Proficiency in Java, Java EE, and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JPA, etc.) / Thành thạo Java, Java EE và các công nghệ liên quan (Spring, Hibernate, JPA, v.v.).
• Concepts of MVC, 3-layers, JDBC, and RESTful / Hiểu biết về MVC, 3-layers, JDBC và RESTful.
