Mô tả công việc

1. Understand and Integrate Policies: Familiarize yourself with the company's policies and processes, ensuring they are effectively integrated into daily operations.
2. System Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the current system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
3. Function Development: Design and implement new functionalities based on user requirements, ensuring that these features are intuitive and user-friendly.
4. User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for users on new software applications and adapt programs as needed to meet evolving user needs.
5. Project Management: Monitor ongoing projects and manage schedules to ensure timely and successful completion.
6. Process Improvement: Implement recommendations for process improvements or changes to support the company's growth objectives.
7. Technology Updates and Training: Stay updated with emerging technologies and organize training sessions for staff to enhance their skills.
8. Others: Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu

1. Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information technology/ Computer Science or a related majors.
2. Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in Software Developement;
• Programming language: .NET (preferred) or others related languages;
• Database: MySQL;
• Experience working with ERP system is a plus.
3. Skills and Abilities:
• Good English communication;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple directives amidst changing work demands;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Customer-oriented mindset.
