We are looking to hire a Technology Leader who will own product engineering, engage with stakeholders, and drive the team in Vietnam to deliver the best customer experience.

• Manage a team of software engineers and testers to ensure the smooth execution of product development.
• Work with business analysts and other software engineering managers across the globe to help understand requirements, evaluate new features, and provide development support
• Develop staff by coaching, facilitating career aspirations and providing growth opportunities
• Build and foster a high-performance culture, mentor team members and provide your team with the tools and motivation to make things happen

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience working with developer tools in a Java or NodeJS/Typescript environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing technical talent.
• Experience with developing software for SaaS from concept, delivery, to operations.
• Understanding of Cloud, Micro Services, RESTful services, JEE, and related technologies such as REST and GraphQL.
• Proficient with web client-side technologies (React, Redux. state management, javascript, SASS, Performance optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as SAFe or scrum.
• Effective written and communication skills.
  

We'd love to see:

• Full-Stack web development experience, including the use of Javascript backend technologies such as NodeJS and TypeScript and
• Frontend technologies such as React
• Content management and Integration experience is a plus.
• Cloud experience in either AWS, GCP, Azure is a plus.
• Experience with Dev/Ops, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery Systems, Automation, and Industry best practices.
• Previous expertise of working closely with projects related to language technology such as Translation Management, workflows and machine translation.
