Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Software Project Manager in the loyalty platform, CRM, or ERP domains.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
Experience in outsourcing or working with remote teams is highly desirable.
