Software Security Engineer

We are looking for experienced software security engineers who can help us for planning and implementing software security strategy and standards for our major software security projects as Sakani and Ejar and others.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on planning, developing and implementing the company software security strategy and standards
• Perform and advise on various software security testing techniques and methods
• Work with software development teams and architects on identifying software security requirements, do threat modeling and provide input on all levels of software architecture
• Review code in order to improve software security
• Implement essential aspects of secure software development lifecycle
• Track and manage technical documentation

• BS degree in Computer Science or related field
• +5 years of established experience as a software security engineer
• +5 years of established experience in software development environments (JavaScript, .NET, C/C++, Java, Ruby-on-Rails ...)
• +5 years of experience with developing software
• Able to articulate, plan, implement and manage software security best practices
• In-depth knowledge of various web-related technologies (such as Web applications, services, architectures etc.)
• Familiar with global software security frameworks e.g. OWASP and others
