Job Focus: Localization & social media operations for Chinese software products in Vietnam

Key Responsibilities
1. Software Vietnamese Localization: Assist in adapting Chinese software products into Vietnamese, including UI text, function descriptions, user guides, and other content proofreading and optimization, ensuring the content fits Vietnamese user habits and local expression styles.
2. Vietnamese Software Market Research: Based on your perspective as a local Vietnamese student, research trends, popular apps, user needs and pain points in the Vietnamese software market, provide research feedback and practical suggestions for software localization improvement.
3. Product Video Production & Publishing: Create promotional short videos for Chinese software, including planning, simple filming and editing (training provided for beginners). Publish product demos, tutorials, and promotional videos on Facebook, YouTube, and Zalo.
4. Social Media Account Operation & Data Tracking: Manage official accounts on Facebook, YouTube, and Zalo, interact with users, reply to comments, track video views, follower growth and engagement. Organize operational data reports using Excel.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Background: Currently enrolled Vietnamese university student. Majors in Computer Science, Marketing or related fields are preferred.
2. Language Skills:
- Must be proficient in either Chinese OR English
- Candidates who understand Chinese are highly prioritized; basic Chinese is acceptable (no need for native-like proficiency)
- Native-level Vietnamese with fluent communication skills
3. Experience: Prior experience operating Facebook or YouTube accounts is preferred.
- Frequent users who understand platform rules are also welcome.
4. Technical Skills:
- Basic mobile video editing skills (e.g., CapCut)
- Skilled in Excel and common functions is a strong plus
5. Personal Qualities: Interest in software and internet operations; understanding of Vietnamese youth online culture; responsible, detail-oriented, able to complete tasks on time, and able to work part-time consistently long-term.
