JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
This role is perfect for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in social media content creation, management, and broader creative projects. You'll have the opportunity to work on real campaigns, develop skills in content creation, and contribute to our clients' success while learning from experienced professionals in a dynamic agency environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Assist in managing and creating content for client social media accounts
● Support the development of social media strategies and content calendars
● Write captions and basic social copy under supervision
● Create visuals using Canva for social media posts and ads
● Help manage and monitor social media accounts to ensure consistent brand voice
● Support paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
● Conduct research on industry trends, audience insights, and competitors
● Track and report on social media performance metrics
● Participate in team brainstorming and creative sessions
● Assist with other creative projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills:
● Good English proficiency (written and verbal) is a MUST
● Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
● Familiarity with Canva or other simple design tools
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills
● A proactive and creative mindset
● Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
● Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing tools
● Experience in social media management or content creation (academic or freelance)
● Interest in digital marketing and creative strategy
