Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi (client site)
What you'll be doing
Use cases and user stories analysis to define test plans and support the delivery architect with test approach definition; analyze the root cause of the bugs.
Definition of test cases aligned with user stories; conversion of acceptance criteria into test case expectations.
Test approach and results documentation; provide the evidence, test report.
Functional testing and Non-functional testing (UI testing, performance testing, security testing, integration testing...).
Controlling and supporting UAT of end-users, API Testing.
What you bring to the team
Bachelor's degree with a major in software development.
At least 2 years of experience as a QC/Tester or similar role in manual testing, practical experience in automation testing is an advantage.
Having experience with test methods; good knowledge on software and testing process.
Have skills in analyzing requirements, defining test strategy, and designing test.
Logical thinking is required as engineers; good at report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, attention to details.
Good at English, ability to read & understand the English document, ability to communicate fluently.
Having experience with databases and SQL is a plus.
