Perform manual testing (web & mobile: functional, usability, regression) and gradually expand into automation with Playwright + TypeScript (training provided).
Design, execute, and maintain test cases, plans, scripts, and UAT documents.
Test educational content and interactive features for children's English learning.
Record, report, and follow up on issues; provide clear documentation to support IT resolution.
Communicate effectively with international clients in English to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
Ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance with established processes while collaborating with the team in a positive spirit
Yêu cầu
2-3 years of manual testing experience, strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and bug reporting.
Basic knowledge of automation (Playwright, Cypress, etc.); Playwright + TypeScript.
Good English skill is a big plus.
Experience in test case design/execution and bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with API testing (REST), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, XPath), and mobile app testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Product company or EdTech/e-learning experience is an advantage.
