Mô tả công việc

- Preparing, organizing and storing project information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Arranging post and deliveries.
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Typing up letters and reports
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Liaising with staff in other departments

Yêu cầu

- Graduated from a university
- English or Korean fluently using
- Engineer graduation is a plus
- Junior position (less than 3 years' experience)

2. Working Environment
Working time: Monday - Friday. We work 40 hours per week
