We are looking for an ambitious Solution Architect to join our growing European team. You will play a key role in enabling digital transformation for our customers in commerce and content, conversion, and experimentation. As a Solution Architect at Niteco you will consult, advise, and deliver innovative technical solutions, helping to bring added value to our customers. You will work closely with our clients and partners across Europe and around the globe, as well as our pre-sales and delivery units in Vietnam.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to work with some of the worlds largest brands. You will have an opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry, as well as a broad range of clients across multiple sectors.
As a Solution Architect you will
- Be responsible is responsible for distilling functional and non-functional requirements (including but not limited to web rendering performance, core web vital, SEO, accessibility, and security) into an agreed detail solution architecture design and user stories, acting as the technical point of contact.
- Be responsible for technical discovery, Spike/POC implementation to validate business and technical requirements.
- Support to resolve incidents when being escalated by the AMS team.
- Produce high quality and well communicated technical solutions in response to business requirements.
- Make informed business decisions based on technical feasibility, complexity, approach, value and quantified risk.
- Ensure that technical and architectural standards that are maintained, upheld, and improved. And that customer projects are run efficiently at high quality.
- Work with technical leads and sales teams to provide quotes for customer projects and review agreements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
What do we expect from you?
Must have:
- Proven experience as a senior tech lead / solution architect, leading .Net CMS or Commerce development projects, ideally having worked on Optimizely CMS/Commerce or similar platforms.
- Broad understanding of Microsoft Azure-based technology stack. Specific business domain knowledge is a plus (e-commerce, content management).
- Proven hands-on experience designing complex digital solutions (may require demonstrating during the recruitment process).
- In-depth knowledge of the software project development life cycle, process and methodology.
- Have a DevOps mindset, and DevOps skills.
- Hands-on knowledge and/or experience in MACH architecture (may require demonstrating during the recruitment process).
- Hands-on knowledge and/or experience with SAAS based MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis Cache.
- Hands-on knowledge and/or experience with Monitoring/Logging/Observability using Azure Insights.
- Good knowledge and experience with web performance optimization.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of enterprise level application ecosystems (ERP, CRM, CDC SSO, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Akamai CDN is a plus.
- Knowledge and/or experience with Micro Frontend Architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge and/or experience with NextJs-based Server-side rendering is a plus.
- Customer oriented approach, understand the clients business and how they can leverage on todays technologies, strong attention to detail and customer concerns.
- Experience of communicating complex technical information to a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical persons).
- Structured and methodological with good planning skills.
- Can collaborate effectively with offshore development teams.
- Comfortable with adapting their work schedule as required, including the ability to start early or stay late to accommodate project deadlines, or critical team collaborations.
- Possesses a strong mental fortitude and the ability to remain focused and composed under pressure, maintaining high performance.
- Quickly adjusts to changing priorities and can navigate the demands of diverse tasks with ease.
- Located in or near to Stockholm and eligible to work in Sweden. Be available to travel and to work onsite with our clients in Stockholm.
- Highly proficient in English. Swedish is not a requirement but considered a plus.
