Solution Design Manager-HCMC

Team and Role Introduction:
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
-The Logistics Solution Design Manager shall be in charge of developing and designing bespoke E2E supply chain solutions for Lazada Logistics Vietnam's Customer including Cross-border logistics, Warehouse and Fulfillment, 4PL Transportations & Lastmile Solutions.
-As our aim is to build a seamless technology & state-of-the-art end to end ecommerce solutions to our customers, this incumbent is playing a key-role in managing solution design deliverable as work stream leader & manager critical path tasks, risk, issues, and mitigations to ensure that the solution is delivered in a timely manner with excellence business outcome.
Responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-To develop and design supply chain solutions for end to end e-commerce logistics including Cross-border logistics, Warehoue & fulfillment, 4PL Transportations & Lastmile Solutions.
-Validate customer solutions based on existing benchmarks & best practice, able to provide consultancy service for bespoke solutions upon customer needs.
-Be the subject master expert in solution design & related skillset / toolset, provide detail analysis to support for solution / business development project implementationKEY DECISIONSManage stakeholder for both internal & external stakeholder to ensure the solution is designed & delivered sucessfully including:
-Develop best-in-class & bespoke Supply Chain solution with great-quality, accuracy & timeliness upon customer's needs.
-Build up operating model, resource model & costing model with detail labour , equipment and vechile & technology requirement estimations.
-Analyze risks and design solution to mitigate risk factors.
-Upon request, conduct analysis and develop solutions for all aspect of e-commerce logistics that Lazada Logistics is capable of.
-Document the business requirement for tech enhancement in order to achieve the designed solution if needed.
-Develop solution design reporting tools to measure the project KPIs & OKR
