Sourcing Executive

Annam Gourmet's hiring candidates for Sourcing Executive position with main duties as below:
- To be able to represent and present the company to other people with enthusiasm and in a professional way into conference/exhibition/meeting.
- Study offer vs market trend & target sourcing, send to buyer manager the result of the analyze.
- Negotiate with the supplier the condition (payment terms, rebates, prices, and support for Visa process).
- Get the best deal for company, good products and good support from suppliers, following decision from supervisor and purchasing manager.
- Prepare contracts in accordance with existing conditions and delay.
- Study product to have good decision to make visa (food, non-food, special cases)
- Work closely with Sourcing Staff to make new visa for new items
- Study product to have good decision to ask the license (ham, cheese, honey, fruits & vegetables)
- Work with the authorities to get the license on time
- Work closely with Sourcing staff to make new license for new supplier
