Sourcing Manager, Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City)

To succeed in this role, beside strong sourcing management, and supplier management, you will need:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical related fields.
• 5-7 years experiences in Sourcing and Purchasing in multinational company.
• Good knowledge & skill in engineering, sourcing, and supplier negotiation.
• Strong self-driven and initiative. Result oriented mindset and self-accountability.
• Computer literate
• Fluent spoken and written English, Vietnamese, and Chinese is advantage.
• Willing to learn and expose to new challenges with good cooperation, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel in Vietnam and abroad.
• Driver's license and car is a must.

• International trade and finance knowledge.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Procurement tools, KPI and Analyzing skills.
• Auditing skill, Problem solving, Quality feedback.
• Category management & Knowledge of best country sourcing.
• HSE, Human rights knowledge.
• Supplier evaluation skill.
• Detail engineering, international engineering process, technical standards knowledge.
