Mô tả công việc

Category management:

Analyze the performance of our sku per categories / families / brands and the study market evolution.
Build a basement target for new project and sourcing new products.
Propose and present the Yearly Projects related to :

* Main Categories to be focus, based on performance monitoring
* Main brands/category to develop based on the Category Management report + new market trends
* Main actions to improve our margin and freight cost

Sourcing suppliers:

Search and contact potential suppliers base on target and project.
To be able to represent and present the company to other people with enthusiasm and in a professional way into conference/exhibition/meeting
Negotiate with the supplier the condition (payment terms, rebates, prices, and support for Visa process). Get the best deal for company, good products and good support from suppliers, following decision from buyer manager.
Prepare contracts in accordance with existing conditions and delay.

Pricing / Costing:

Minimize freight cost to maximize profit for company.
Update target margin by category, maintain healthy margin for category.
Lead and report the results of Quarterly Pricing Survey in order to verify and audit the veracity of our prices and stay in competition watch.
Validate with buyer manager final retail price: through category management, target margin & price survey from buyers.
Monitor the type store per sku/brand base on the forecast of sales from buyers.

Freight:

Conduct registration products and ensure to get visa as soon as possible.
Ensure import license on time for all animal, fruit & vegetable products.
Respect schedule of lead time to have good management on stock and shelf life.
Work with forwarder and logistic department, consolidate shipment to ensure good freight cost and landing cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

Graduate from University, College with the major in administration business, International Economics, Supply Chain, Logistic, etc.
Having at least 1-2 years experience in sourcing, purchasing for F&B, retailer.
Having knowledge of quality assurance (visa, registration)
Good communication in English & Vietnamese
Analytical Skills: to have good analysis on price, product / category performance & the market trend
