Sourcing Specialist - C-PartsWurth Vietnam Company Limited

o MRO/ In-direct material purchase experience in manufacturing factories or in technical field such as facility construction, equipment/ machinery, and fixtures.
o Analyze available resources to select potential suppliers that are in line with the needs of the Würth Group, such as product quality, TCO, CSR etc..
o Visit potential suppliers on site to evaluate production capacity, quality control process, EHS and cost structure etc.,
o Choose suitable potential suppliers for cost comparison purposes and then make final ranking for those potential suppliers on a quarterly basis, and then work out the plan how to develop the suitable potential suppliers to be partners
o Ensure compliance with the purchasing process and standards in his/her area and mitigate the supply chain interruption risk for Würth Group through enlarging suppliers resource located at different countries
o Choose right suppliers to make quotations in time to support local sales team to win new project
o Assess existing supplier source, then combine or further develop good suppliers as strategic partner to guarantee having excellent supply chain capabilities to support local team to win new business
o Ability to travel frequently within Vietnam/ South East Asia and occasionally to other destinations assigned
o Other tasks assigned by the company
