1. Operation
Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising daily pastry operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the pastry team to ensure high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
Prepare and present pastry products according to recipes and quality standards.
Develop new pastry menus and seasonal specials with the Executive Pastry Chef.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and hygiene of all pastry items.
Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of all pastry equipment and workstations.
2. Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce HACCP and hotel hygiene policies.
Prevent use of contaminated products; ensure ill staff do not handle food.
Ensure compliance with government regulations.
Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
