Mô tả công việc
1. Operation
Assist the Executive Chef in planning, organizing, and supervising daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Inspect food preparation and storage areas to ensure compliance with HACCP and local hygiene standards.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menus and seasonal specials.
Control food cost, minimize waste, and monitor inventory levels.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and used safely.
2. Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation procedures among all kitchen team members.
Adhere to hotel fire, life safety, and emergency protocols.
Ensure all team members comply with grooming and personal hygiene standards.

Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
