* Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide information about spa treatments, services, products, and facilities.
- Assist guests in selecting treatments based on their needs and preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Reservations & Operations
- Manage spa bookings, appointments, and cancellations accurately using the reservation system.
- Coordinate therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Check guests in and out according to spa procedures.
- Process payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate records.
* Administrative Duties
- Maintain daily reports, guest records, and appointment logs.
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Support retail sales by promoting spa products and packages.
- Assist with inventory coordination when required.
* Sales & Upselling
- Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.
- Upsell services and packages to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Inform guests about promotions and special offers.
* Health & Safety
- Follow spa hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure guest comfort and privacy are always maintained.
- Support compliance with hotel and spa operational procedures.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in spa, hotel front office, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and reservation system knowledge.
- Good English communication skills preferred.
