Spare Parts Management Team Leader

Be responsible for providing technical expertise in order to allow the team to provide a high quality service to Clients and Consumers. Lead and manage Technical services team, Authorized Service Center to provide the excellent level of satisfaction to our customers of the South as well as to support the team members for their outstanding performance results.
- Manage Spart-part (SP) for warranty claim. Ensure having enough if needed
- Forcast SP/ inventory, make plans to purchase domestic source or out sources
- Manage In-outbound of SP. Track and trace all document and procedure
- Do report for warranty claims and Selling SP cases. Directly report to finance
- Adjust SP fee, confirm/ inform SP issue with related department
- Send and collect sparepart from ASC ( SP for Warranty claim )
- Manage all cases of replacement and return finished good
- Manage SP stock of ASS in nationwide = propose solution to control/manage stock
- Ensure Warehouse Safety (Clean - tidy - safety - Fire Protection - SP quallity....)
- Check inventory periodically. Lean inventory. Summarize data with finance
- Other tasks assigned by service manager
