The strategy is to build Vietnam's largest sports, family, and community event ecosystem through the Mandala Sports, Mandala Family, and Corporate Ranking brands. With MHG's goal of reaching 1 million member families within 10 years, the most valuable talent we are seeking is someone who can drive weekly recurring habits through sports, events, communities, and memberships to execute the following core missions:
- Develop and direct a nationwide event strategy.
- Directly design and operate Pickleball, Tennis, and Golf tournament systems.
- Build engagement events such as Family Days, Kids Camps, and Summer Camps.
- Design and standardize Ranking systems specifically for corporate clients, families, and children.
- Plan, allocate, and strictly manage event budgets.
- Build and maintain a network of strategic local partners.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 7 years of experience, with a proven track record of directly organizing tournaments or events with 1,000+ attendees.
- Extensive hands-on experience in the sports sector, large-scale tournament management, and community building.
Senior-level background from the Vietnam Tennis Federation (VTF), Vietnam Pickleball Association, professional marathon organizers, or golf tournament management companies.
- Sharp strategic mindset with deep expertise in community building and development.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead multi-location teams across various regions.
