Responsibilities:
Be an expert in using data to monitor overall business performance & maintain business planning models
Conduct comprehensive analyses of key business metrics, financials, and operational data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Perform ad-hoc analysis projects to support strategic initiatives and business planning processes.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business analytics and performance management.
The day-to-day activities:
Define, Measure and Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards.

Yêu cầu

Requirements:
University Graduate, preferably in Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science or Economics.
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on performance analysis and reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
Be open-minded and pragmatic in analyzing business situations, familiar with hypothesis-driven framework is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
SQL basic working knowledge, strong MS Excel skill is a must.
