CLIENT MANAGEMENT (10%)
Communicate with both account colleagues and clients to gain a better understanding of client needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.
STRATEGY (10%)
Maintain a good working relationship with planners, and contribute creative ideas in developing communication.
CREATIVE IDEATION (40%)
· Has the ability to accurately understand creative briefings, and work with art director creatively in keeping with communication strategies.
· Familiar with project processes, collaborate perfectly with both internal and external teams, and promote the smooth progress of the work.
· Maintain a strong intellectual curiosity, learn about emerging media and technology, and keep our ideas up to date.
· Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
CREATIVE CRAFTING (30%)
· Responsible for the textual content, copywriting of all productions, touchpoints based on the creative plan determined by the team.
· Oversee and control quality of copywriting outcome of IC projects and whole team.
LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (10%)
· Set an example of meeting the DDB standard Stay motivated and constantly improve professional skills in creating work.
· Stay positive, regardless of success or failure.
· Be inspiring, encouraging and friendly to others, always work hard to make positive progress.
· Build trust and respect with others, provide training opportunities to ensure others' development, and develop a team with professional ethics and effective performance.
· Mentor teams and individuals to deliver creative content with skillful copywriting raft across media.

Job Requirement:
· Proven work experience in relevant roles
· Be proactive and get-thing-done-with-responsibility attitude
· A person focused on enthusiastic, energetic and detail orientation team member
· At least 3 years of experience in the similar position
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work flexible hours
