Relevant Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and validating complex, high-density PCB assemblies, especially for motor control and power electronics.
• Proficiency in PCB design software (Altium / KiCAD
Designer), with extensive experience in layout considerations for multi-layer, high-density, and high-current boards.
• Strong foundation in power electronics design (SMPS, gate drivers, MOSFET/IGBT selection, thermal management).
• Hands-on experience with mixed-signal design, including sensor interfaces and low-noise signal conditioning.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces such as EtherCAT, CAN, SPI, and I2C.
• Demonstrated experience in EMI/EMC mitigation, grounding strategies, and electrical noise management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating hardware into robotic or automation systems.
• Practical experience integrating tactile sensors or force sensors.
• Knowledge of FPGA integration for real-time systems.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and working with contract manufacturers (CMs).
• Familiarity with mechatronic integration and actuator systems in robotics.
