Mô tả công việc
Job Description
• Design high-density, high-performance PCB assemblies for miniature motor drivers (BLDC/PMSM), sensor interfaces (tactile, force/torque, encoders), and communication circuits (EtherCAT/CAN).
• Develop comprehensive schematics, including power circuits (DC/DC converters, gate drivers), analog front-ends (current sensing, voltage measurement), and digital control interfaces (MCUs, FPGAs).
• Optimize designs for high power efficiency, effective thermal management in constrained spaces, and robust EMC compliance.
• Coordinate PCB layout efforts (or perform layout directly) to ensure design rules for high-power, high-density, multi-layer boards are met.
• Execute rigorous validation and debugging of prototypes using specialized equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers, EMI/EMC test gear).
• Support system-level testing, including torque output, grip force measurements, and reliability tests to ensure performance targets are met.
• Work closely with embedded firmware and mechanical engineers to seamlessly integrate electronic hardware into the robotic hand's mechatronic system.
• Support "board bring-up," identifying and resolving integration issues during development.
• Maintain meticulous technical documentation: schematics, layout files, component libraries, BoM management, and test reports.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards (CE, RoHS, EMC) and support the certification process.
