As a Merchant Account professional, you will be responsible for managing restaurant partners on our beFood platform. Oversee a portfolio of F&B merchants (Key Account, SME, Longtail segment) on beFood, focusing on long-term relationship building, traffic optimization, and grow merchant sales on beFood.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, focusing on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Ensure Merchants receive exceptional support and assistance with promotional programs.
- Understand about each merchant segment assigned and their categories to build up practical & suitable business plan.
- Work with merchants to develop promotional programs that align with their performance growth objectives on beFood.
2. Merchant Performance Growth:
- Oversee the performance of merchants, implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Provide tailored support, including customized reporting, marketing assistance, product integration, and more.
3. Promotion & Campaigns:
- Develop impactful promo schemes or campaigns with internal teams through co-marketing partnerships to benefit customers and add value to merchants; invite merchants to join co-campaigns with beFood.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
4. Relationship Building:
- Foster strong relationships with merchants to secure their support for promotional programs and initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing any issues or concerns that partners may have.
5. Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze data to give insightful reports to internal & merchants. Follow the actions of competitors and market trends to drive initiatives for restaurants' growth strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent merchant relationship skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales/
business development, food delivery background is a big plus.
- Ability to analyze data and report
- Aggressive Sales Mindset
Qualification:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in account management, preferably in the food delivery or related industry.
- Negotiation skills.
- Work independently with ownership; collaborate with teams to deliver results; escalate to supervisor when needed.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
- University graduate or higher education in business or relevant fields.
